Bernie & AL interview locals and expats in Mazatlan, Mexico. We get the inside scoop from local Jorge Puente and ex-pats Cheryl Gaudet and Chris Davidson. Jorge, born and raised in Mazatlan spent 17 years in San Francisco achieving the American Dream and has returned. Musician Cheryl talks ex-pat life and how the move allowed her a much better standard of living as an artist. Chris has settled down here after years of corporate life, her last stop being the manager of an IKEA in Abu Dhabi. (Yes, an IKEA in Abu Dhabi) All 3 guests have a different perspective on life in Mazatlan but all share a love of the city and want you to know about the amazing sense of community, the culture and the good time that you’re missing. As usual, Bernie tries to get a little Marxist and dick jokes ensue.
Recorded at the fabulous Hotel Playa Mazatlan in Mexico.
